Art Book Campaign

I am excited to announce my partnership with Kickstarter to produce an art book for the very first time in collaboration with the publishing company Frank.

This art book will be a creative overview of the history of the series “One of These Black Boys” - from the time of conception, in 2016, to present day. It will include the evolution of the series, my thought process, and samples of works from different years.

The book will include a leading text by Dr. Ayanna Dozier and a discussion between myself and respected artist, Tomashi Jackson - with whom I’ll discuss about our backgrounds, art, art-making, the history of abstraction, color theory, music, lifestyle, books, and everything that goes into producing art.
